I offer online, phone and in-person coaching depending on your personal circumstances and location. 

Outdoor coaching can form part of your coaching programme, we will arrange the best location according to your circumstances and the number of sessions as part of our coaching contract. 

If you are interested in coaching outdoors but don't live in Northern Ireland do still get in contact. It is possible to arrange sessions where we are in different locations and still outdoors!
